Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and courier details. You can use it to track your parcel on the courier's website. If you do not receive tracking details within [3] business days, please contact us.

All Zena Wear orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product details on the outside.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
